Yes — declared value insurance from 1–2% of declared value. Strongly recommended for jewellery, expensive electronics, original certificates, anything irreplaceable. Standard carrier liability without insurance is limited to ~€100.

DHL Express and FedEx deliver to home addresses by default. If recipient prefers a PostNL Servicepunt or DHL ServicePoint locker, the carrier can arrange that as long as it's specified at booking and recipient's Dutch mobile is provided.
