Ayurvedic and homeopathy medicines typically don't require a prescription. For allopathy (prescription drugs), a doctor's prescription scan is required and we attach it with the commercial invoice. Destination customs may request the Rx on arrival.
No — we do not accept liquid syrups, perfumes or aerosols for international shipment. Tablets, capsules, powders and granules are fine. For domestic, liquids are accepted with proper leak-proof packaging.
Padded bubble wrap, corrugated inner box, and tamper-evident outer carton. Tablets travel well; creams and ointments get extra cushioning. We also add silica gel for humidity-sensitive items.
Standard carrier liability applies. For expensive medicine (above ₹10,000), we recommend declared-value insurance — typically 1–2% of value. Especially useful for imported ayurvedic or branded supplements.
Yes — we have many NRI families on a monthly cycle. Share the Rx once, set a schedule (e.g. 1st week of every month), and we handle pickup, invoice and dispatch automatically. WhatsApp us to set this up.
