2. Information we collect

When you book a courier pickup or request a quote, we collect:

Name, mobile number, email — so we can contact you to confirm pickup and delivery
Pickup and destination addresses — to schedule pickup and generate the airway bill
Shipment details — weight, item type, declared value, for accurate quoting and carrier routing
Payment information — only when you pay online; card details are handled by the payment gateway, not stored on our servers

We also collect basic, non-identifying website analytics (pages visited, device type, referring URL) via standard tools like Google Analytics.

3. How we use your information

Your data is used only to:

Quote, book, and fulfil your courier shipment
Send you booking confirmations, AWB tracking numbers and delivery updates via call / WhatsApp / SMS / email
Raise a GST tax invoice where required
Comply with Indian law (e.g. KYC for high-value shipments, customs paperwork for international consignments)
Improve our website and service based on aggregate analytics

We never sell your personal information to third parties.

To fulfil a shipment, we share the minimum necessary data with:

Carrier partners (DTDC, DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS, India Post) — sender name, recipient name, addresses, contents description, weight
Customs authorities — for international shipments, as required by law
Payment gateways — only transaction-related data, if you pay online

All our partners are bound by their own privacy obligations.

5. Data retention

We retain booking records for 7 years to comply with GST and income-tax record-keeping requirements. Non-identifying analytics data is retained for up to 26 months.

Opt out of marketing communications
